Extension of stay — reimbursement calculator

When a seller stays on after completion, the buyer is bearing the property tax and the service or maintenance fees for a home they can’t yet occupy. This works out the prorated amount the seller reimburses the buyer — for HDB flats (extensions capped at three months) and private homes (as long as both parties agree).
